Lead Generation Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Lead Generator to provide support to our sales ---------- this role, you will generate and qualify sales leads, setting up appointments with potential customers on behalf of our sales representatives so they can go in and close the deal. We provide training for this position, and you must follow the criteria set by our sales team.
We also offer perks for our top generators, and any appointment you set that results in a sale puts more money in your pocket! This position also involves fulfilling lead production goals for each shift.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate and qualify sales leads
Set appointments on behalf of our closer
Set up and Update potential customer information in our CRM system
Fulfill lead generation quotas each shift
DM and email communication skills
Research, track, maintain, and update leads
Make outgoing text, DM, and emails to develop new business
Contact prospects to qualify leads
Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
Research and maintain lead generation database
Conduct customer research
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Sales or customer service experience
Must be fluent in English
High school diploma or GED certificate
A postsecondary degree in business or marketing is a plus
You must be patient, a quick learner, and open to learning and feedback
