Supplier/Product Sourcing Agent - Amazon VA

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Alibaba and other Chinese suppliers.
- Conduct daily negotiations on pricing, terms, delivery, and other critical variables through Alibaba, Wechat, and Whatsapp.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, and supplier reputation.
- Continually research and identify potential new suppliers to meet business requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all supplier transactions, including contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Manage inventory and logistics

*Note: Please understand that this is a new role for Whale Brands and you may perform other duties then listed above

REQUIREMENTS

- 1+ years experience in virtual assistant, purchasing, sourcing or similar role
- Willingness to work 1-2h on Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce trends, and best practices.
- You know you are tech savvy
- You are highly organised and barely miss details (*must)
- Aspirations to become a manager or expert in the future
