JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing UK-based toy and hobby retailer, and we’re looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team of seven as we continue to expand.

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to customer enquiries via email and chat, always with a professional and supportive tone.

Solving customer issues on the first interaction, wherever possible, while keeping our high standards of service.

Working closely with the rest of the team to share feedback and help us improve our processes.

Notifying customers if there’s an issue with their order and assisting in finding solutions.

Handling admin tasks such as data entry and updates.

What we’re looking for:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in customer service (essential).

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify.

A proactive team player who can also work independently.

Someone organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle tasks confidently.

Experience with warehouse management systems would be a plus.

Hours and availability:

Full-time role, 8 hours a day.

Training will be during UK office hours.

Once trained, you’ll help us cover weekends, working Saturday to Wednesday.
