Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SOP Builder to join our dynamic team. This position is crucial for streamlining processes and ensuring the consistent and efficient operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Create, develop, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments.
Work closely with team leaders and subject matter experts to gather the necessary information.
Document workflows, process maps, and other relevant information to clarify SOPs.
Review and update existing SOPs to ensure they are current and effective.
Assist in the training of staff on new or updated SOPs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in SOP creation or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and workflow mapping tools.
