Evaluate marketing campaign prospect activity/results and prioritize out bound calling sequence for optimal results using CRM software. English language mastery is required with a pleasant, cheery, upbeat personality.

Be willing to work under pressure to achieve high quality in both volume of appointments and quality of appointments. You will be measured by the conversion rate of leads / #of appointments set and appointments that result in loan refinance closings by our Loan Officer. Quality in, Quality out.
