Job Responsibilities:

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for our 4 social media channels:

Instagram Grid Management:

Ensuring our Instagram grid looks visually appealing and cohesive by arranging videos and posts effectively.

Reels Cover Design:

Creating attractive and eye-catching covers for our Instagram Reels.

Content Creation:

Regularly posting content that aligns with our brand and audience's interests.

Quote Posts:

Designing posts featuring pictures of our author with provided quotes. Utilizing Canva's automatic post-creation tool to streamline this process. example here: ----------

Grid Aesthetics:

Using tools like "Grids for instagram" or similar to curate and design an aesthetically pleasing Instagram ---------- munity Engagement:

Responding to comments and messages on our social media accounts.
Liking and commenting on other relevant content to increase engagement and visibility.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts with a focus on Instagram.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Canva or similar.
Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and grid planning.
Excellent written communication skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
