Real Estate Analyst

Seeking Real Estate Analyst!

This position is part-time and requires working 5 days per week. As a Real Estate Analyst you will:

(a) use our software to find distressed, investment-type properties
(b) calculate a rehab budget to fix up those properties and calculate what it will be worth when rehab is completed
(c) make offers and negotiate contracts for those properties with realtors / sellers


Minimum qualifications:
- This is a technical position and general knowledge of real estate analysis (e.g. calculating ARV) is required for this position
- Consistent high speed internet
- Availability to work 11-4pm EST
-General communication and teamwork skills
- Disciplined
