Social Media Manager

I am looking for a social media manager to work online and help me with advertising the work my organisation in the UK do. We are a social care company supporting people of different ages and with complex mental health, learning disability and psychological needs. We need someone to help us with our outreach on social media and promote our work too.

We would need you to do the following within the role:

* Perform research on audience preferences
* Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
* Set specific objectives and report on ROI
* Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
* Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
* Communicate with the main social work team to keep up to date with the work we do to ensure brand consistency
* Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
* Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
* Promote positive mental health and learning disability content especially on national awareness days
* Circulate important social care news and trends to keep followers aware of legislative changes to what our company do
* Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
