Looking for help with Adwords [previous experience required]

I need help setting up an adwords campaign. I want to target about 20 different cities with multiple campaigns and ad groups.

I am looking for someone with expert level understanding of AdWords. You'll need to know how to geo-target, get keywords, setup ads, setup tracking ect.
