As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Airbnb and Booking.com services, you will be the forefront of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main duty will be to assist customers in all stages of their booking process and during their stay, ensuring they have a smooth and delightful experience.
Responsibilities:

Assist customers in the reservation process, helping them find the perfect accommodations according to their needs and preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable and accurate information regarding our listings, including amenities, neighborhood details, and policies.
- Collaborate with the host management team to ensure listings are up-to-date and accurately represented on the platforms.
Handle complaints and negative reviews professionally, seeking to resolve issues and maintain our high ratings on the platforms.
- Monitor and manage booking schedules to avoid overbooking and ensure optimum occupancy.
- Assist in developing and updating FAQs and script responses for common customer queries to facilitate faster response times.
- Uphold the company's values and policies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language will be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
