NAIL TECHNICIAN

A Nail Technician is responsible for providing nail care services to clients, offering a range of treatments to enhance the appearance and health of clients' nails. This role requires a combination of technical skill, creativity, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
Clean, trim, and shape nails, cuticles, and calluses.
Apply and maintain nail enhancements like acrylics, gels, or nail wraps.
Suggest and apply various nail designs, colors, and finishes, including nail art and nail polish.
Assess the condition of clients' nails and recommend appropriate treatments and products for nail health.
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nail trends, techniques, and products.
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients' preferences and addressing their concerns.
Promote and upsell nail care products and services to clients.
Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain client records accurately.
Handle payments and maintain cash register operations.
Comply with all health and safety regulations, including the safe use and disposal of chemicals.
Handle client complaints and concerns professionally and courteously.
Stay informed about and follow local, state, and industry regulations and licensing requirements.
