Looking for a tech-savvy professional familiar with modern web apps to handle customer support.

• Responsibilities:

1. Respond to day-to-day customer queries via e-mail and Facebook fan page

2. Able to handle live chat

3. Monitor for special requests

4. Respond to all emails and messages in a timely manner

5. Escalate non-routine issues as necessary

6. Monitor and respond appropriately to negative customer feedback
