Social Media Manager for Ecommerce Pet Store | UGC Influencer Outreach

We are looking for a witty, pet-lover, Social Media Manager / UGC Coordinator to join our team and take our Instagram accounts to the next level.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about ---------- s, cute videos, and pets. We need someone who is funny, and has a great relatable sense of humor that appeals to the crowd. We need someone who knows the formula at creating engaging, viral content over and over again!

Your Primary Responsibilities will be:
- Scraping Cute Pet Reels, ---------- s, and Videos across competitors
- Creating the Overall Instagram Growth Strategy and presenting it to the team
- Posting and Scheduling 3-5 Daily ---------- s and Informational Content
- Creating your own ---------- s
- Sending Weekly Reports on the Growth and Improvements of our Sales & Metrics
- Identify influencers who we can work with as part of our content creation
- Messaging and sourcing UGC Creators, negotiating with them to create content for us

Qualifications:
- Must be updated with the trends in ---------- s
- Must be very witty!
- Experience in Outsourcing UGC Content Creators through Instagram/TikTok
- Experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing is a BIG PLUS.
- Experience in Ecommerce Environment is a BONUS
