Store Manager – Gaming Accessories Shop (TCG Niche)

Hey everyone!

We are in search of a dedicated and proactive Store Manager to lead our gaming accessories shop, focused on the Trading Card Game (TCG) niche. The ideal candidate should be deeply rooted in the TCG community, demonstrating an excellent blend of problem-solving, leadership, and operational skills to ensure our store’s success. Requirements:
* have experience with being a store manager
* have experience with TCG
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Oversight
2. Data Integrity:
rectify instances where data is not documented accurately and Implement measures to ensure data consistency
3. Operational Systematisation:
identify areas needing system improvements and propose and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and systematisation.
4. Order Management:
Resolve issues pertaining to large orders and monitor order processing to avoid potential pitfalls.
5. User Experience:
Regularly assess store operations from a customer's perspective and implement improvements.
6. Supplier Relations:
Manage supplier relationships and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise and ensure timely communication and delivery of stock from suppliers.
7. Order Tracking:
Monitor and verify tracking numbers for both Etsy and in-shop orders, rectifying any missing or incorrect information. $3- $7 an ---------- n pay with Paypal at first but we usually pay with Bank transfers (bi weekly/ monthly payments) Monday - Friday (including 1-2 hours on the weekends).
