Who We Are Looking For:
We seek a Client Communication Specialist to handle client interactions, from Zoo ---------- etings to email follow-ups and internal CRM updates. This role is remote and open to Filipino talent.

Responsibilities:
Client Interactions: Attend client Zoo ---------- etings and take detailed notes.

Email Preparation: Craft empathetic and effective client emails.
CRM Updates: Add notes to our CRM system to keep the team updated.

Required Skills (Office and Administration):

Email Handling: Proficiency in crafting client emails is crucial.
Transcription: Ability to take accurate and detailed notes during meetings.
Admin Data Processing: Experience with CRM systems and data management.

Salary:,
Competitive salary range, $800-$1400 USD, commensurate with skills and experience.

Logistics:
This is an 8-hour remote position with a one-hour paid break, Monday to Friday.
Core hours for client calls are 11 AM - 6 PM EST.
