Job Description:
-Ability to Troubleshoot Layer 1 (Physical Layer)
-Engage and troubleshoot with vendors via phone,
-Provide detailed and timely ticket updates
-Knowledgeable in Router (Cisco and Adran)
-Experience with Sd Wan and Network Monitoring
Requirements:
-Experience in Telecom Technical Customer Service
-Experience Resolving Technical Issues )Voice, internet and data issues).
-Testing and troubleshooting CLEC network
-Familiar with T1 loopback testing
-Willing to work on graveyard shift and willing to work on site (Ortigas).
-Must have a good communication skills in English.
