We are a rapidly growing bookkeeping/accounting services company based in the US, that helps home service business owners with their financial needs, providing education, bookkeeping and accounting services. We have experienced rapid growth over the last few months, and we are growing our team and are looking for full-time Bookkeepers to be a part of our family.

Here are a few things our Bookkeeping Team is responsible for:
• Accounts Payable – Post expenses, match AP bills to payments, match receipts uploaded from the client in Dext, reconcile AP reports each month to ensure accuracy
• Accounts Receivable – Post payments received
• Vendors – Maintain vendors, prepare for 1099s
• Employees – Post payroll journal entry as needed
• Quickbooks Bank Feed - post transactions to the correct category
• GL – Post journal entries, maintain chart of accounts
• Reconciliation – Weekly & monthly bank reconciliations
• Reporting – Review and prepare monthly financial statements, Annual reporting


Our team is based in the Philippines and the US. We are all 100% remote. Each of our staff members handle between 15-20 different client accounts on a weekly basis - most are small business and some are larger volume clients - don't worry! We make sure the workload is achievable. We're looking for individuals who have a passion for bookkeeping and providing great service to our clients.

Here are a few things that would make you perfect for the position:
• Must speak, write and read fluent English
• Must have experience in using the following software: QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets/Docs/Drive, Zoom
• Must have or be willing to get a QuickBooks Online Certification - we're looking for Quickbooks Online EXPERTS!
• Highly preferred if you have had experience using: Gusto, Dext, Click Up, Last Pass
• Highly preferred for US hours availability.
• You have experience bookkeeping for US clients
• You are a Customer Service Rockstar and feel comfortable corresponding with your clients!
• You are detail oriented and have strong analytical skills
