A Video Editor To Edit for Nurses To Riches on YouTube

My name is Jason. I have a YouTube channel called "Nurses To Riches" ( ---------- ) where I talk about finance and nursing.

I am looking for a video editor with an obsession for keeping a viewers attention with graphics, animations, and b roll. The editor I am looking for should be able to edit in the following styles: 1. ---------- 2. ---------- 3. ----------

I make videos that can range from 10 seconds (youtube short) to 1 hour (podcast-style video) and would like to have the editing part of my business handled by a full-time editor.

I typically use DaVinci resolve because I switched to it from Premiere Pro but I still use Premiere Pro to edit my shorts with captions. So, I am fine with my editor working with any of those two programs.

I will initially pay $400 per month for 1 long form video and 2-3 long form videos per week but will definitely increase your salary over time ($1,500+ per month or more) as the channel begins to earn more money.

There is potential for much much higher pay in the near future (around 3 to 6 months) because I am acquiring contracts with several sponsors, which is why I need help with editing.
