APPLICANTS WHO HAVE MORE THAN ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A CALL CENTER AGENT/ENGLISH TUTOR WILL BE REGULARIZED AFTER TWO (2) MONTHS!

1. Job description
Providing good customer service while helping our Korean students learn and improve their communication skills through phone English classes.
Giving complete class documentations and scheduled evaluation reports so teachers can easily monitor and review their performance and improvement.
Accomplishing work-related tasks given by the company, officers, and managers.
2. Qualifications
Good English communication skills
Graduate of any course
College undergraduates are also welcome
Computer proficiency is expected
Preferably with teaching/call center experience, but not required
Good characteristics and work ethics required
Must be hardworking and has a passion to teach
3. Shifts

Mondays to Fridays only. No graveyard shifts.
AM full-time schedule: 5am to 2pm
PM full-time schedule: 2pm to 11pm
BS full-time schedule: 5am to 9am and 7pm to 11pm
AM part-time shift: 5am to 9am
PM part-time shift: 7pm to 11pm
