Seeking Property Management Virtual Assistant

We are managing 16 airbnb rentals in San Diego and seeking an independent and experienced virtual assistant to assist with communicating with guests, scheduling cleanings, updating pricing, and property management.

We are looking for someone extremely experienced who has managed rental property before. If you have worked at an Airbnb call center - this probably isn't a good fit unless you have helped hosts actually rent out airbnbs to people.

We are looking for someone extremely experienced that has worked with property managers before.

This is a full time role - seeking someone that has managed airbnb's in the past and is comfortable speaking and writing in English. This would not be a good fit for someone that is trying to work two jobs - there will be projects every day and the role will require focus.

All units are in San Diego, California - we need someone that

You will be responsible for:

communicating with existing and new guests
scheduling property repairs
Updating nightly prices
managing calendars
keeping listings updated on zillow, airbnb, furnished finder, etc.
