Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain an organized and efficient candidate tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of online sourcing techniques and tools.
- Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting and using different software/tools to streamline and organize all potential candidates
- Familiarity with remote work and virtual recruitment processes.
