Experienced T-Shirt Designer Wanted! Pay Salary + Bonuses

We're a small SOHO company that sells t-shirt online. We're looking for a seasoned, FULL TIME t-shirt designer to join our team.

We want someone who can work with us for long time employment, giving in 100% commitment and dedication producing awesome designs for t-shirt lovers around the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Presently your daily task will be involving the below

1. Creating t-shirts designs (90%)

All ideas will be handed to you. You don't have to carry out research whatsoever. You just need to churn out awesome designs day in day out.

Based on the supplied idea, we expect that you add your own twist, your own creativity to come out with a new fresh design. Let your imagination runs wild.

If you have ideas which you think might be better, don't hesitate to voice them out. We're listening.

* With regards to this, we would like to stress that it is important that your designs must look professional, enticing and aesthetically pleasing. No newbies designs please.

Please attach your 5 BEST designs along with your application and resume so we can guesstimate whether they are on par with our needs.

2. Editing / tracing / touching up / our currently existing design (10%)

We also offer printing services to our clients. Some of the clients' designs may not be fit as production ready files. Your job is to to finish them up so we can carry on with the printing.

* The percentage above shows roughly how your daily tasks are. But the number are flexible, may change from time to time to suit our requirement.


JOB REQUIREMENT

You must

Have the knowledge and possess skills in using
1. Adobe Illustrator
2. Adobe Photoshop

* If you're well versed with CorelDraw, please state it in your cover letter. It will be a big big plus.

Excel in
1. Graphics Designing (T-shirt designs in particular)
2. Graphics Editing

Good in
1. English (comprehension and writing)

* So we can communicate easily :)

Have
1. High speed internet connection
2. Your own personal computer with your own Adobe tools

Work
1. 40 hours per week
If there is any urgency we'll notify you in advance. You will be paid pro rate, according to your basic salary, per each hour of work.


JOB SALARY

Salary

Salary ranges between $300-$600. For newcomer it is $300 per month.

First month pay will be paid weekly (divided equally, $75 per week). After that it will be per two weeks or per month basis (your call) .

There will be a 1 month probation that you need to undergo. Should you deemed qualify for the job you'll be considered for a raise

Salary increment will be determined on the following factors

1. Designs
How awesome are your designs? How long it takes for you to deliver them?

2. Trait
How your attitude, dedication, responsiveness... all the usual stuff

Bonus

If your designs sells really really well, we will commensurate your hard work and effort accordingly. Try us :)
