Job Description:
Our app, Pepper, is built through Go High Level and is used by 97% of our clients as their main CRM to keep their business organized. Working closely with our existing team as an App Specialist, you will be in charge of setting up and customizing our clients’ location account, assisting in funnel building, and running tests to ensure everything is connected and working properly from start to finish in our app. You will also be providing solutions to app tickets and we encourage thinking outside of the box when needed, to come up with creative workarounds. You’ll work closely with our Client Success team to provide support and necessary information to allow our clients to have the best experience possible

Key Responsibilities:
Go High Level Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Go High Level platform to design, build, and maintain automated marketing workflows, funnels, and campaigns for our clients.
Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, strategize marketing plans, and translate their requirements into effective Go High Level solutions.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their use of the Pepper platform to achieve desired outcomes.
Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and create resources to educate clients on best practices and new features within Pepper

Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and funnels, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and ---------- egration Management: Integrate Pepper with other relevant tools and platforms to streamline marketing operations.
Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in marketing automation, ensuring that our clients benefit from the most innovative solutions

Qualifications:
Proven experience 2 years as a Go High Level Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales funnels, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in setting up and managing automated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
Relevant certifications in marketing automation or Go High Level are a plus.
