Sales Support with Technical Knowledge

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Sales Support Assistant within the IT industry to join our team. As part of the launch of a number of software solutions you will play a key role in the success of these products

Your key requirements include:

Create quotations and proposals based on the requirements outlined by the sales team for our end-to-end IT services offer
Follow up proposal and quotations with customers
Negotiate customer agreements
Schedule client meeting for the sales team
Update the CRM with sales information
Process orders with distributors for accepted quotations
Liaise with the service and finance teams regarding orders and invoices

The ideal candidate will include:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative with technical knowledge
Passion for technology, computers and sales
A degree in Computer Science, Business or Marketing or similar qualification
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Well-developed organizational and time-management skills

Working Hours should be Australian Time, Monday to Friday
