Customer Service Agent - Perfect English (UK)

We’re a unique and growing e-commerce store looking for someone to join us full time to help bring a friendly and bubbly approach to our customers.

The role is primarily customer service focused, responding to customer queries and helping to assist them with any problems that may arise. Customers are at the core of everything we do. (We even send them tea and biscuits with each order just to say thank you!)

What does your day-to-day look like?
- Responding to customer queries through email and telephone
- Checking our social media channels (facebook and Instagram) to respond to customers comments and direct messages.
- Taking any telephone calls that come in with people wanting to place orders (English must be perfect as UK customers will think you are based in the UK)

Additional:
- Provide personal outreach and professional follow ups to any negative reviews or comments.
- Constantly engaging customers in conversation to grown our online community
- Brainstorming fun, new and exciting ideas to engage key audiences on our social media

The Ideal Candidate will have:
- A friendly & bubbly personality.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to take any negative customer comments on the chin, and not let your emotions get the best of you.
- A creative thinker – someone who isn’t afraid to share ideas
- Good computer skills (Ability to navigate around a PC comfortably)
- Experience with using multiple computer systems
- Positive can do attitude with willingness to learn
