As a senior support VA you'll report directly to a great boss and help support customers from over sixty countries. You'll assist on the latest digital marketing campaigns and co-ordinate pre and post purchase support activities for our customers around the globe.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Ensure smooth, timely and professional handing of all customer service related queries and support requests (all handled via our dedicated customer support platform.)

• Manage all aspects of post customer support including payment management, customer queries, generation of conversion and sales reports etc.

• Manage and assist with setup of new product marketing campaigns including deploy sales funnel sequences and conversion processes

• Project manage key business initiatives and manage resources to ensure timely delivery of business objectives and multi-phased projects.

• Assist with recruitment of international marketing partners and co-ordinate with peers in other organizations to deliver on relevant marketing promotions.

• Assist with setup of lead generation, traffic acquisition and optimizing conversion funnels.

Key attributes of candidate:

* Minimum degree level education (ideally in computer related field)

* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar virtual role with emphasis on at least one of the following areas (customer support, Internet Marketing, project management, traffic and conversion)

* Excellent written and oral English skills

* Naturally organized and likes structure

* Enthusiastic with mature ‘can-do’ attitude who is able to give and receive feedback

* Smart, creative, driven, good problem solver
* Quick learner, confident, good decision maker
* Enjoys variety in their work and able to work well to a deadline
* Excellent attention to detail and resourceful

* Solid computer skills – comfortable with all popular applications such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel (or equivalent), Skype, etc.

- Must have solid and reliable internet connection (5MB min) and reliable computer with camera for video calls.

* Candidate must be able to work 40 hours a week and occasional hours on weekend, with at least 50% 4 hours done during UK time

Ideal candidate will have VA, marketing, project management experience, a track record of taking ownership on tasks/projects and producing tangible results.
