Recruiter

Elite Standard Recruitment is seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within our clients' organizations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working daytime and evening US hours, possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft professional and engaging email and SMS responses, and have a positive attitude with a commitment to honesty and integrity.

2. Do you have at least 6 months experience in speaking to customers/applicants over the phone?
3. Do you live within Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City or Cordova?

RESPONSIBILITES:

Source and screen candidates for a variety of positions
Conduct phone, email and SMS to assess candidate qualifications
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
Craft professional and engaging email and SMS responses
Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
Utilize applicant tracking software to manage candidate pipelines
Collaborate with account managers for more info on job requirements and etc.
Participate in tea ---------- etings to discuss recruitment strategy and process improvements



QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in recruitment, staffing, or related field is a PLUS but NOT necessary
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable speaking with applicants over the phone and crafting professional email and SMS responses
Positive attitude and commitment to honesty and integrity
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking software
