o Coordinate with administrative assistants to schedule meetups with mechanics for vehicle inspections and repairs.
o Ensure that cars are in optimal condition for sale.
3. Online Listings Management:
o Create and maintain high-quality listings for cars on various online platforms, including Craigslist, Offer Up, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
o Upload high-resolution pictures of vehicles and provide accurate descriptions.
o Monitor and update listings to ensure they remain competitive in the market.
4. Account Management and Customer Engagement:
o Manage all online accounts and respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers.
o Provide detailed information about vehicles and address customer inquiries.
o Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, earning their trust and loyalty.
5. Social Media Promotion:
o Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote our car listings.
o Regularly post engaging content on all relevant social media accounts to attract potential buyers.
o Respond to comments and direct messages to engage with customers and provide information.
