Web Site Developer- Building Directory

I am looking for an experienced web designer to build a website for me that will include an online directory to help find consumers find professionals in a specific field. I want the website to include several different pages, but the directory feature is the most important. I plan to purchase software to help me establish the directory. Right now, I am most focused on Brilliant Directories: ---------- Once I get the site up and running, I will likely need additional help, but right now, my first goal is to get the site up and running. I will also need to be able to make changes to the site, so we will need to colloborate. Ideally, I would like the website to be ready within the next 2 - 3 weeks.
