We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Full-Time Receptionist/Admin/Front Desk professional with excellent English language skills, both spoken and written for our client. This role is responsible for handling phone calls, appointment scheduling, explaining company services, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting complaints, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
Phone Communication:
Professionally answer and make phone calls on behalf of the company.
Appointment Scheduling:
