Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Success ---------- this role, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition into our services, and continuously checking in on their journey. Your role will involve sending regular updates to clients and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial setup process.
Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or ---------- municate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress and results.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Gather client feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for improvement.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their journey with BWD.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical information.
