We are a rapidly growing UK property investment company seeking an exceptional marketing manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to use your social media, email marketing, copywriting, and funnel building skills to help scale our business to the next level.

As our marketing manager, you will:

* Manage our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more to grow our audience, engage with customers, and drive brand awareness.

* Create and execute email marketing campaigns, from ideation to deployment, to nurture leads and increase conversions.

* Craft compelling copy for websites, emails, ads, and other marketing materials that grabs attention and motivates action. We're happy to use Ai software with real human editing. So you will need good english.

* Design and optimise marketing funnels that turn cold traffic into warm leads and customers.

* Analyse data and results across channels and campaigns to identify optimisation opportunities.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop integrated, omnichannel marketing plans that deliver ROI.

You must have a mastery of the English language and have detailed experience in social media.

We are a medium-sized property consultancy with a property lettings and management arm of around 1300 properties in the UK. Our owner is based in Singapore. Our General Manager in Singapore is Filipino and Owner is Aussie. We now have a team of 10+ filipino staff working remotely complementing our 25+ UK based staff.

We are not your usual estate agency in that the majority of our business is selling new build and off plan developments as well as managing them.

This is an ideal job for a senior person who is looking to work from home and spend my time with kids. Our flexible working policy is a real help.
