Instagram content creator and management

We are looking for a VA, to work on social media accounts to grow them fast with a lot of content to be produced.

We will need the following necessary skills:
1. IG research, researching posts, keywords, scheduling strategy, etc.
2. Post, reels, and slideshow creation, with our own brand or reposting viral posts, etc.
3. Some notions of Tiktok would be valued
4. Notions about how to monetize the IG pages
5. Some experience in YouTube video editing will be valued as well.

We pay bonuses if the pages will make money and are profitable.

Our aim is to have a part-time VA for 3-4 hours, and if very happy, we can hire full-time for expansion.
