Customer Service Representative

Location: Paranaque, Manila
Work Setup: Stay In (Food and Accommodation Provided)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science (preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must have a computer background in both hardware and software.
- Must have sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressures
