Position: Paid Social Media Marketing Expert
Availability: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Pinterest, and Display Ads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithms of each platform to ensure campaign success.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance overall marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 3+ years in paid social media marketing, with expertise in one or more of the following platforms: Instagram/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Display Ads.
A strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
Portfolio showcasing successful past campaigns (even if you specialize in only a few platforms).
A passion for staying up-to-date with the ever-changing landscape of social media and online advertising.
