Job Description:
Capture Times Media, a leading full-circle marketing and SaaS agency, is seeking a Business Administrative Assistant to provide pivotal support in daily operations and long-term projects. As a tech-forward agency, we are looking for candidates familiar with AI and various software applications, including GoHighLevel (GHL).
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize CEO's calendar, set up meetings, and manage deadlines.
Handle
Utilize and manage various SaaS applications including GoHighLevel, CRM systems, and AI-powered tools.
Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing projects and campaigns.
Compile and maintain client databases, analytics, and reports.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a must
Basic understanding of AI technologies
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Problem-solving
Google my business
Social media management
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Pay Range:
$2 - $4 per hour, based on experience
40 hour weeks
