GoHighlevel (GHL) Automations and Data Entry Assistant (PT and FT available)

My business is a marketing agency that focuses on booking appointments for home services companies. As the business grows, we are finding that there is a lot of work to be done and more help is needed.

*** Looking for a virtual assistant (VA) to setup each new client in Go High Level (GHL CRM) and we need help with data entry and CRM management. Also, looking to have someone use ChatGPT and MidJourney to create social media posts each week for us on a couple of FB and IG pages.

*** You must submit a video that shows your English language skills with your application since communication is a very important part of being successful in this role.

- Must have prior experience setting up client subaccounts and automations in the Go High Level (GHL) CRM system.
- Ideally, you are familiar with GHL and have a strong tech or data entry background since we are looking for someone to do the work, but also to understand it and make suggestions to evolve the account setup,
- Setting up and Maintaining Standard Operating Processes, and ongoing maintenance is also important for us.
- Could use some help creating lead nurturing campaigns via email/SMS but not required.
- Prior experience with Zapier or ---------- is an added bonus so let me know if you can do that as well.

This position is offered as both part-time and full-time hours. Currently, we only need part time assistance but will offer full-time work for the right person as the client list grows.
