Want To Hire: Wordpress Programmers (Build Plug-ins & Develop Complex Templates)

We are looking for wordpress programmers who are well verse in PHP and wordpress.

You Can work full time or part time however the pay will reflect the # of hours you work.

Your job will be to create template (with an admin system) and plug ins for wordpress.

In regards to the wordpress templates; I am not referring to simple templates like those created in Artisteer.
You'll need to create templates from the ground up and be able to create admin panel control where I can customize the template by pointing and clicking.

In terms of plug ins you need to be able to create a plug in like:
