1000 PR Backlinks Required For E commerce Site High Quality Relevant Backlinks Only

We require the services of an experienced linkbuilding expert, who can build quality one way links to our Ecommerce website. This job will require the successful candidate to steadily build these links in such a way that the link profile of our site remains natural looking to the search engines. The requirements of the job are as follows.

Requirements:

- NO LINK FARMS
- All links must be "do follow.";
- All linking websites must be English ONLY.
- All linking websites must be .COM, .ORG, .NET, .GOV, .EDU, CO.UK
- Links must be DIRECTLY from a Google PR2- page or better
- Links must not be spammy
- One link per domain.
- Linking page must already be indexed in Google, Bing and Yahoo.
- Link page must be search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, etc.)
- Page should not be excluded by robots.txt
- No links from "under construction" pages.
- No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING
- No links within newsgroups
- All links must be One way non-reciprocal links.
- Links will be from relevant websites.
- Links must be permanent - Links must be in text, no graphics.
- Anchor text must be varied
- Relevant websites or content to post backlink preferred
- Backlink in relevant content preferred


- No links from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guest-books, classifieds,
dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles
submission, Free For All websites (FFA), hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling,
pornographic, black hat sites, article directories, forums, spam sites, web
rings, newsgroups, rented links, scraped content sites, mirror sites, orphaned
link pages, link schemes, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, etc.

- Web sites of varying levels of PR, with a minimum of PR2. We
expect some to be PR5, 6, etc.

- No use of blackhat software.
- No links from URLs that contain ".../links/"
- Each link must be on different C-class IP block
- No more than 15 other external links on same page where the link occurs.
- Linked pages must be visible, readable and indexable
- No links from rel="nofollow", "noindex" tag or any page blocked by robots.txt
- No sites banned by Google, Yahoo or Bing
- I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
- Links dropped within 6 months must be replaced by you at no additional cost.

- Detailed Excel file to be provided by you with all linking posts URLs
on a weekly basis.

- Link builder should be experienced. Must know how to check that links
are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building
experience.

- Please note:**** Whitehat is crucial and required****. Blackhat or Grey hat
methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made on a monthly basis only if work is of acceptable quality.


Once the links have been placed, service provider will supply the following report:
- Date link was placed
- URL of link page
- Google PR of the link page
- Title of link page
- IP of link page
- Number of outbound links from the linked page
- Anchor Text used for the link
- Target URL of the link

All links will be checked, and I reserve the right to withhold payment if the quality of the work does not meet the requirements stated above.
