Overview
Sunday Golf, a San Diego-based golf brand, is looking for a customer support specialist to handle all inbound customer messages to the support email. Candidates will be responding to customer emails and providing prompt assistance to all questions and requests. Ideal applicants have strong experience in email support and ticketing systems and can demonstrate exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities
Manage customer tickets on the Sunday Golf support email
Resolve and address customer inquiries, requests and questions
Actively correspond with customers in a timely and helpful manner
Follow up on correspondences to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide an unparalleled customer experience for Sunday Golf customers

Qualifications
2+ years of email support experience
Previous work with ticket management systems and Shopify
Knowledge and interest in golf a plus
Strong professional background in customer support

Skills
Experience in Gorgias, e-commerce, and Shopify and CRM tools
