Reliable Bookkeeper/Tax Prep

HI! I am a stay at home mom who has been running a growing accounting firm for 3+ years.

I am looking to grow my team and have someone help me with my monthly bookkeeping clients and tax prep clients.

This person must be:
1. Reliable
2. Have great English (written and verbal)
3. Be willing to meet each weak for tea ---------- etings until we get acquainted
4. Be trainable
5. Punctual as you will be sending financial statements to clients each month and requesting documents

I am looking for a bookkeeper with tax prep experience. Someone who is inquisitive and know when to ask the right questions.

I have worked with bookkeepers in the past and they have not had the best communication. Your work hours are flexible aside from requesting documents from clients and monthly deadlines. You must be willing to respond to me with communication within 24 hours M-F via Slack.

I am looking to hire asap. You must be trainable and willing to hop on a Zoom call within the next 2-3 business ---------- rious inquiries only
