**Position Overview:**
We're seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant with experience in Shopify, shipping, and e-commerce operations to contribute to our dynamic and rapidly growing company. As a VA at NOMOBO, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Shopify Expertise:** Utilize your proficiency in Shopify to manage and update our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
2. **Shipping Management:** Oversee the shipping process, including order processing, tracking, and customer inquiries related to shipping.
3. **E-commerce Support:** Assist in various e-commerce tasks, including inventory management, product listings, and customer support.
4. **Administrative Tasks:** Handle administrative duties such as document organization, data entry, and maintaining records.
5. **Communication:** Maintain effective communication with the team, providing updates and insights to improve processes.
6. **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and customer inquiries.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- Proficient in Shopify and experienced in e-commerce operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new digital tools.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
