Experienced Kajabi VA

I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant who is smart, fast and works hard to help in my online natural birth and mothering business. Ideally I am looking for someone who is experienced with the processes in James Wedmore's Business By Design (BBD).

Looking for someone technologically savvy, detail-oriented, hard working and dedicated who can deliver on time.

There are strict deadlines to get things done, and we like to work hard and fast - there is a lot of work here for the right individual but you have be ready to commit and give 100%.

Here are some examples of the tasks:

1. Landing page design- creating beautiful, customer converting landing pages for my online courses and offers - setting up payment plans for products- creating graphics for landing pages

2. E-mail support - writing emails for email campaigns- creating an e-mail funnel for launches- editing and proofreading emails- editing videos and audio included in e-mails

3. Customer Support - providing customer support via e-mail - managing client facing e-mails - customer outreach for testimonials

4. Podcast management - create a podcast landing page- support with podcast launch - manage the podcast uploading and editing

5. Graphic Design- create Instagram content - create landing page art work- create podcast artwork

6. Content Creation/Video Editing - editing podcast content (both audio and video) - convert podcast audio into YouTube content - create long and short form You Tube videos

7. Project management - Utilise an online project management tool

8. Course Management - Upload video recordings to the online course programme

9. Social Media Support- Organising Instagram Story Highlights - Updating Instagram Link in Bio - Creating a content calendar

I use Kajabi, Google Mail/Drive, Zoom, FloDesk, Canva, Instagram and Facebook for my business. I am looking for a Kajabi whizz - who knows the ins and outs of the platform.

We will start with a trial period and I am looking for someone who has immediate availability. If you have an interest in natural health/wellbeing that would be a BONUS too! Please do mention if so.
