Location: Remote

Compensation:
PHP 5,000 monthly
PHP 2,500 Paid on the 1st and 16th of each month
10 hours of work per week

We’re in search of a dedicated Etsy Shop Manager with expertise in product descriptions, SEO optimization, and customer service. This role is central to our online presence, and we’re looking for someone passionate about both our products and the Etsy platform.

Responsibilities:

• Write compelling and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
• Optimize listings for search visibility and ranking on Etsy.
• Monitor and update listings as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze shop metrics to recommend strategies for increased visibility and sales.
• Stay updated with Etsy’s guidelines, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing an Etsy shop or similar e-commerce platform.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, particularly for Etsy.
• Ability to analyze metrics from keyword tools and implement improvements.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
