Social media manager

We are seeking an experienced and talented Social Media Content Creator to join our growing hair extension salon clinic. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience and strong understanding of digital advertising and social media trends, and must be able to provide evidence of their work through analytics and case studies.

Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to promote our hair extension salon clinic.
- Develop a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, attract new clients, and drive sales.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
- Use various design platforms (not limited to Canva) to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, algorithms, and trends to optimize content performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a social media manager.
Use google sheets, Google docs and advance software to create. Must not be limited to Canva.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising strategies in the beauty industry.

- Proven track record of creating engaging and successful social media content.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and utilize analytics and data to inform content strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in using various design platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
