Role Overview
===========

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ad Operations Coordinator to join our team at Social Ad Signals. As an Ad Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the creation of advertising accounts for clients in non-compliant verticals, such as casinos, sports gambling, cannabis, and psychedelics. You will oversee various tasks, including project management, virtual machine setup and usage, advertiser verification checks, and certification applications. This is a remote position, and we are hiring for tea ---------- mbers located around the world, especially in Philippines.

Responsibilities
============

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of creating advertising accounts for clients, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to gather necessary information and documentation required for the account creation process.
- Set up and configure virtual machines (VMs) to access and manage advertising accounts securely.
- Perform advertiser verification checks to ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
- Apply for certifications and complete any necessary documentation related to advertising accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each account creation project.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to the team lead or project manager.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the account creation process.
- Stay up-to-date with platform policies and industry regulations relevant to the advertising accounts being created.

Requirements
===========

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of advertiser verification processes and requirements is a plus.
- Experience in the advertising industry or related field is preferred.
- Experience in basic web development (HTML, CSS, Wordpress) is preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge to use and set up virtual machines (VMs) is preferred.

The Ad Operations Coordinator role offers a monthly salary range of $800 - $1,200 USD (45,000 PHP - 65,000 PHP), depending on ---------- addition to the base salary, tea ---------- mbers are entitled to 10 days of paid vacation, regular statutory holidays and special non-working days off, and up to 5 paid sick days. We also provide 13th month pay as part of our compensation package (for PH employees only).
