As a Graphic Designer at Leadplan Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in translating ideas into captivating visual ---------- om concept to execution, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that span branding, digital media, print materials, and more. Your keen eye for detail and innovative approach will contribute to the success of our client's projects and the growth of our ---------- THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Develop design concepts such as brandscapes, graphics, and layouts that align with project goals.
• Create engaging visual content for a range of platforms, including branding, social media, websites, advertising, and marketing materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance design strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry advancements to ensure our work remains cutting-edge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Report directly to the Creative Director

YOU’RE WHAT WE NEED IF YOU:
• Have availability to work during PST hours or at least overlap with PST hours
• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively present and discuss design concepts.
• Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Have prior experience working at a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
