Web Designer

The Web Designer will be a key player in crafting visually appealing and user-centric web designs that align with our brand's identity and objectives. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and responsive web experiences that elevate our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling and intuitive web layouts, user interfaces, and digital assets, maintaining a consistent brand identity throughout.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Develop responsive and mobile-friendly designs that enhance user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Continuously stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation in web design.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure visual assets align with the overall design and messaging.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to tea ---------- mbers to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless transition from user flows to final design execution.
- Maintain and update existing web designs as needed to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the user experience through usability testing and user feedback analysis.

Qualifications

- With STRONG CRM knowledge to expand marketing tools.
- Proven experience (X years) in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with web design trends and best practices.
- Experience with animation and interactive design is a plus.
