YouTube Genius

I'm looking for someone who can make strategic decisions to increase engagement and growth. I have an established YouTube channel that is growing rapidly (currently at 220K subs), and I need someone to help oversee my channel including working closely with my video editor to increase CTR and Audience Retention and do YouTube Research and SEO optimization.

To find the best person for the job, I plan to pay a few select candidates to do a channel review and give me their recommendations for improvement. This will help me understand your YouTube strategy skills. I'll be selecting one of the candidates to be my YouTube manager. Does this sound like something you're interested in?
