Are you a wiz at repurposing content? We want you!

We're looking for virtual assistants who can contribute immediately, so that means experienced folks only, please.

We process content (videos) into micro-content, such as articles, e-books, social media content, courses, etc. We need people who can help us process content through the phases of the Content Factory (search "Dennis Yu" and "Content Factory"). We use Descript to get the transcript and to edit the videos lightly.

Video Editors looking at this post might think that simply knowing how to edit videos is enough. It's not. It takes someone who knows how to work with content and turn it into something interesting without losing focus on the goal. The person should be willing to follow our guidelines and SOPs and open to learning. You should know how to navigate WordPress, too.

If you have done this sort of thing before competently and successfully, we want to interview you. If you know some parts but need additional training, you should be willing to train before we onboard (hire) you.

We're looking for A-players only. If you pass our qualification process, you will have a stable job for a long time as long as you can demonstrate competency in processing content, are reliable, and are good with communication (responsiveness).
